Just watched The Lincoln Lawyer, with Matthew McConaughey doing a very good job in a pretty compelling film. I was recommended it after talking about Killer Joe

Tonight I saw To Rome with Love. I'm beggining to like Woody Allen films because it's like having a vacation. Other films from him that I've seen are: Match Point in London, Vicky Cristina in Barcelona, Midnight in Paris. All film share the same qualities of being funny, stylish and a good example of contemporary stories.

The costumer of his movies is great. Especially the last two movies, Midnight in Paris and To Rome with love, he/she always picks the perfect outfit for each particular scene in the movie. And the clothes are always simple, stylish, charming. That's really another quality I enjoy from his films

I really liked Notes and An Education, both deal with a controversial subject, and An Education features some great clothes too.

I did like Somewhere and it's kind of Less Than Zero lost slightly nihilistic vibe, but it wasn't a patch on Lost in Translation.

I just saw Wes Anderson's Moonrise Kingdom and I actually really liked it. You really need to get Wes Anderson's humor and style to find this movie enjoyable. It's a good date movie and the story line was very enjoyable. I hardly buy movies unless they are just out of this world amazing and I would buy this one.

^I'm a huge fan of Wes Anderson movies (naturally), and didn't like it as much as his others. Then again, I didn't really like The Darjeeling Limited on first viewing, but it grew on me.

I just watched A Town Called Panic with my daughter, and it had to have been the funniest movie I have seen in a very long time!
