I watched In the Loop on Netflix streaming, now I want to rent the DVD and watch it with subtitles so I catch more of the jokes. At times the sound mix wasn't clear enough to overcome my lack of "an ear for accents."

Time to take a break and revisit an old friend. Watched (well, rewatched) Fletch Lives last night. Classic.

    I watched:
-Albatross with Felicity Jones and Jessica Brown-Findlay. Not bad. Kinda funny at times.
-Perfect Sense with Ewan McGregor and Eva Green. Movie is ok. Eva Green is smokin!

Happened to catch that in the theaters last year. Enjoyed it very much. My wife loves to make the joke about "bands called Paint Store" when talking about the music I listen to.

That was a little too formulaic. Even Ben Foster played "the Ben Foster" role a little too by the numbers.

    Couldn't agree more.

Yeah, that's a pretty good movie. Hansen was such a hypocrite.

Very enjoyable movie. The British dude who was a total asshole is great.

I've thought about whether or not I'd be willing to give up a finger if it meant I'd have the opportunity to sleep with her. Might be my fave Bond girl of all time. The Dreamers is great too.

Took the wife to see Brave this weekend. It was okay. The animation was good, but the story and the humor were a little weak.

Tonight I just finished Outrage: The Yakuza Way. It was pretty good but...

I guess I don't really understand why Mr. Chairman wanted to wipe out Ikemoto's family. It just seemed like a lot of unnecessary killing that wiped out a lot of good soldiers. Also, there's no way that Otomo is just going to let some random dude sit down next to him while in prison. He was way too bad ass for him to go down like that.

Hrrrm. The Netflix widget on my TV doesn't seem to have this option.

spent most of yesterday sick in bed. opted for mindless entertainment.

    HP7 part dos

    the expendables

    i actually enjoyed them both.

what i particularly liked about the expendables, was the fact that it didnt have the age old formula of good guy starts to win, then gets beat up/stops to save a drowning baby, then gets depressed, then goes to fight back. it was just good old shoot em up action start to finish.

I loved Breach. Was great since I live right around the area that the actual events took place.
