Watched Four Lions and In the Loop. I liked both of them, but both were IMO inferior to their creators' tv work. I do have to admire the ballsiness of making a movie like Four Lions, though. Chris Morris is something else.

The trailer for Prometheus was good, which motivated me to watch Alien for the first time. How the **** is this an 8.5 on imdb? The acting was ****, the characters were pointless, and aside from the alien chest-birth nothing even happens.

Finally, someone with taste. I stand by Alien Resurrection as being the high point in the franchise myself. If you haven't already, give Predators and AVP a go.

Was quite disappointed and Clive Owen is one of my favorite actors.

Agree with Stevent. I, for reasons I cannot explain, love Statham movies as well, but this was not that good.

i mean, it wasnt a great movie, but i liked it well enough. the fighting was enjoyable, and the chair/flip/bodyslam combo was awesome. also, i like how they didnt make a huge deal out of the GF thing, i hate when that whole things gets too out of hand.

J. Edgar was boring in a way. But great acting and makes you think little, that's it.
