Movies you ******* abhor:

Anything with Julia Roberts.

Anything even remotely involving Quentin Tarantino, Wes Anderson, or Spike Lee.

While I never understood the love for Empire Records and Julia Roberts, I think you are an idiot.

Is there a reason regarding said post, or are you simply that irritated by my posting in general? Do tell.

I just can't believe you don't like Tarantino, Anderson, or Lee. That is just blasphemey!

Look, when you consume movies at the rate that I do (bedridden @ 400 lbs and growing), you refine your taste to a point which few could believe.

Are you really over 400 pounds?

I am a movie nut, I must remind you. I own over 600 DVD's. I watch a lot. These directors are not awful. One that I wouldn't argue with you is Tim Burton. Insanely overrated.

Yeah, man. Too many Bacos salads. I could go into details here, but I don't want everyone to hurt their wittle fingies by pounding away at their keyboards.

I lost 100 pounds. Losing and maintaining weight is horrible.

Nah, I'm actually pretty fit. This is a recent development, though. I was pretty flabby there for a while. Real skinny fat. I'd graduated from skinny fat to Chicken McLardo and decided it was time for some pain.

I'll agree with you on the first two, but on that last point, you probably named 3 of my favorite directors of the past 30 years. Spike is pretty beat-you-over-the-head with the points he drives home, but Inside Man, 25th Hour, and He Got Game are all winners in my book. Anderson has a pretty affected look to all his movies, and if that puts you off I can understand. Tarantino, however, is probably the most surprising name here. I feel like he has decent stories, pretty good characters, and probably the best dialogue in movies today. What don't you like?
