Reptile, on NetFlix. Benicio and the zany folks who brought you Sicario. Inscrutable police/murder mystery. A few weird plot holes and side stories that don't lead anywhere but all-in-all worth a watch.

  1. "Guardians of the Galaxy" (Action/Comedy) - It's a fun, action-packed space adventure with a great mix of humor and action.
  2. "Deadpool" (Action/Comedy) - This one's a blast if you enjoy humor mixed with over-the-top action scenes.
  3. "Kung Fu Hustle" (Action/Comedy) - It's a wild ride of martial arts and slapstick comedy.
  4. "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World" (Action/Comedy) - A visually inventive film with a mix of action and humor.
These films offer a good mix of action and comedy, providing entertaining and fun viewing experiences. Enjoy!

Great necropost! I'm sure he'll get right on it after...<checks watch>...13 years!

Did I watch it because Jennifer Lawrence takes off all of her clothes? I can't deny that that was why I first heard about the movie...

But it fit my sense of humor pretty well and I give it 2 thumbs up.

christian slater's mother was the casting director , she let him pick out the actress who played the village nymph what takes him for a ride
Reminds me of how Tarantino cast himself in the role of "guy who drinks tequila poured down Salma Hayek's leg" in From Dusk Till Dawn.

Some algorithm pushed this to the top of my recommendations

Pretty straightforward and a bit on the bleak side, but a solid movie. Maybe a little too much with the frontier philosophizing, some of which sounds good in the moment but doesn't actually make sense when you think about it for a second. But Renner and Olsen did good work.

Nice. I lost some interest learning it is 3.5 hours.

Just watched this on Amazon Prime. Solid horror flick as we near Halloween - now it's not scary as per usual but very tense moments.
