Is there a name for this style of sneaker? And are these particular sneakers available anywhere?

They look like modified PF Flyers. You can find PF flyers all over the place.

Puma Rudoph Dassler Schufabrik is one of the upscale Puma lines (like 96 hours, Neil Barett for Puma, Mihara Yasuhiro Puma, Puma McQueen, etc.)

They're available mostly in Europe...I've not seen them in the US very much, but you can find them on YOOX a lot at deep discount (retail, the shoes are in the $250 range, but usually well less than half that at yoox). You can find them also on Zappos Couture (the upscale division of Zappos).

Nordstrom's Rack has a bunch of Puma Rudoph Dassler
