It can be anything from a belt to shoes to a hat. I know everyone has a favorite come on guys.

For me, it's gotta be my washed black margiela pants with the signature clasp.

My Nudies. First pair of really nice jeans I've ever had.

Hmm. Right now or in general?

Right now I'd say my Dior 21s.

In general, I'd say my 2 year old 201 repros.

I'm torn between my two Oxxford sport coats. The first one is sort of chocolate brown with extra fine blue and orange pin stripes, very fine gauge wool. It doesn't sound good but it's beautiful and fits me absolutely perfectly. It goes perfectly with jeans or khakis and nearly every shirt I own. I'm going to own this jacket until it falls to pieces. I love it. I wear it twice as often as any other coat I own and I always want to wear it more.
The other one is a grey/tan/cream checked cashmere. My wife thinks it's ugly. It might be ugly. It is however warm and fuzzy. I spend the whole day petting myself. Goes well with jeans khakis or cords. I don't get to wear it for much of the year here in Texas. It turns out I'm a perfect 38R in Oxxford. They fit like I was the model they used to make the coats. I love those two coats but because of where I live I wear the lighter coat much more.

I'm gonna say a Margiela wool charcoal grey V-neck sweater. Great slim fit, the perfect length. Can be dressed up or down. Great for those days when you're in a rush and can't decide what to wear.

Right now I'd have to say it's my madras Engineered Garments shirt. It's bright, the cut is pretty nuts (the front buttons only go down to above the belly button, which I'm sure serves some historical purpose?), but it layers great and is pretty darn unusual for a madras. It'll probably change next week, but right now it's my favorite article of clothing.

Gotta thank Fok for introducing me to engineered garments. Something about obsolete clothing manufacturing methods (upside-down pockets, triple stitched seams) is very appealing.
