What is your favorite Summer Suiting?

    I'll go with the classic Khaki for versatility, blue shirt and so many ties to go along with it. And the pairing off as a sportcoat with the appropriate pockets. Cotton.

    I like the olive poplin. I actually like a blend, as I have found the all-cotton suits to actually be rather warm, even more so that some of my lighter weight wool suits.

    I'm wearing (for the first time!) today a Super 180s Belvest flannel. It's delightfully light-weight. (But charcoal...)

    I have a Super 150 bespoke (from HK) khaki wool suit which is OK (warmth/coolness-wise) and a 50-50 linen-cotton-blend suit (3/8ths lined, but fused) which is disappointingly warm. My brother just gave me a Brooks Brothers stone "poplin" suit that is a poly-cotton blend. I haven't worn it yet; when I remarked to him that it seemed like the polyester might make it warm and less breathable, he claimed that that was not his experience. Not that this last observation is worth much, but I figured, as long as we're sharing...
