coldstone isn't 'premium' atleast i don't consider it to be, it is great however.

I love hagen das dulce de leche

the best ice way to eat ice cream is home-made with fresh berries or peaches.

Blue Bell - best commercially available brand (found only in the South).

Homer's (from Wilmette, Illinois; found in some ice cream shops around Chicago)

Margie's Candies (two locations in Chicago)

Mueller's (Point Pleasant, New Jersey)

Lou, have you tried the Guiness Ice Cream at Bobtail on Broadway?... that is way good as well.

Molly Moon's salted caramel is quite possibly the best thing ever. I don't know that you can get it anywhere but her stores though.
