I eat Belgian waffles with ice cream and strawberry syrup each and every morning.
Whey, then a brunch of eggs, sausages, veggies and cheese, (then actual lunch)
Oatmeal with fresh berries - raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and dried cranberries - and coffee. Sometimes I'll substitute fresh berries for sliced apples or pears with dried cranberries.

french press coffee (gimme's beans are sooo good).
maybe 1/2 cup oatmeal to get the brain juices flowing.
either wheat toast or a wheat bagel or oatmeal,
grapefruit or an orange (when I am not too lazy)
strong black tea or coffee
bacon (no health/fitness reason for the bacon, bacon is just delicious!)

Usually I have either porridge (although unfortunately usually instant microwave porridge) or all bran cereal, with a banana sliced up and raisins. Never got into the cooked breakfast malarky.
2 cups of coffee -- one black, one with cream
2 scoops finely ground oats, 1 scoop whey, 250ml milk, 2 tsp EV olive oil, 1 banana.....liquidised and drank on the way to work.
I hate mornings, love sleeping = energy bar + cup of black coffee, maybe some fruit.
Typically I'll do 2-3 eggs scrambled with a couple slices of diced deli meat...turkey, ham, whatever I have...then smothered in salsa. And a greek yogurt. Big coffee for the drive to work.

Oh hells yes -- huevos rancheros ...

3 eggs & Guacamole
Plain greek yoghurt with bananas and granola; toast; strong tea.
