I'm not sure if you're being serious or not, but you can tell they are obviously two different shoes, both from the shape of the heel and the material of the uppers. As well, a 39 is quite small, so it's probably a woman's shoe in the second pic anyway, not the 11EEE in the other pics.

Sorry if you were making a joke and I'm just not getting it...
