What is this logo?

I've had this shirt for something like 5 years now bought at a thrift store and would like to know whose logo it is. I'm guessing its some kind of union logo or sports club, anyone recognize it?

Design looks 80s aerospace to me. That may be an A and a C. The 324 stumps me, but that could be a model number the t-shirt was created to help commemorate. It's doubtful the t-shirt was worn at work. It looks like a promotional item, or maybe a company softball/picnic shirt. Is there a United aerospace company near your thrift store? ... maybe these guys?

I agree with CA Dreamer: it looks like a linked Alpha and Omega, possibly indicating a fraternity. 324 could be a local chapter number.

It's also one of the most vaginal logos I've ever seen.
