What is this brand?

Hello guys I just made an account on this site because ive been searching the internet for these shorts for some days but haven't gotten any results.

Does anyone of you guys know the brand of these shorts or where I can buy them?

Engineered Garments, Raf Simons, and everyone on down to the Gap has been doing various kinds of floral prints lately. Look around and you'll find something even if the mystery pair is sold out forever.

The tee is Hood By Air, obviously, and the shorts probably aren't, but if you know who the guy is maybe you can do some detective work and find a definitive answer.

Dsquared was selling white (nylon/poly) swim shorts or boardshorts with a colorful cartoon-/tattoo-style floral print on them one of the last few summers, if that's worth anything. The matching tee looked like this:
