Dear Folks: English shoe size conversions flummox me sometimes. I am about to list two pair of shoes, one Church's: One Church's/Cheaney/Tweeds: Click on the thumbnalls for larger pix. These are older but unworn shoes, probably made for the US market. I did do a search and find this thread which says that the US size is half a size larger, which would make them each size 8 US. OK, but which of the letters (B or D) indicates the width, and what does it mean in US terms? Thanks in advance.
