What is the name of this type of tie? And where do I find more?

I was watching mad men and in the show the characters wear ties that have are solid in color except for a single stripe or logo. Kind of like the tie I attached a picture of. Preferably with only a stripe or logo and not both. If anyone knows if this tie has a specific name so I can search for it better, I'd appreciate the info. If anyone knows where I can find some more like it that would be great. Thanks!
