What is the different between Pale Blue and Light Blue?

It is hard not to take it the wrong way, so I don't think you give me enough respect !
Anw, the point is that some Pale Blue suit in one brand have a brighter colour than Light Blue in other brand.While Light Blue sometimes has a Brighter colours. And I'm not a 1st language speaker, so I ask which, in general people think, is brighter between PALE VS LIGHT BLUE

Colors don't have official names and people use words differently. Your best bet is to just go off the color you see.
