What is the different between OTR and RTW

I have some RTW OTR stuff as well as OTR RTW clothes.

To answer your question, I think there's none. I'd be surprised if there was any difference.

None. Off the rack and ready to wear are synonymous, unless someone can tell me what they do to OTR clothes to make them RTW.

IMO it is the same. Generally folks use RTW to refer to shoes and OTR to refer to suits/shirts.

Not really.

OTR is used casually by people all the time, but RTW is what clothing made for sale is actually called.
