The British/English Style that most appeals to me (aside from my wife) are the items that originate from country sportswear, hunting and riding clothing. So, the tweeds, shetland sweaters, cords, etc. Those define British style to me. Those were also the main influences in US preppy clothing which is probably the reason I like it.
