What is a good place to buy Hermes tea sets?

I'm looking to buy a Hermes tea set as wedding present. It's for one of my best friends so I want authenticity and would prefer a decent selection.

The actual Hermes site obviously guarantees authenticity, but the selection sucks. Is there any dealer in the US that has a better selection? Google gives me Amazon and sites of questionable character so I'm not really sure where to turn. Sellers through Amazon should be fine, but do I have any other options?

Bear in mind I live in Atlanta, not the 2nd arrondissement.

This year is almost over, so availability would be a huge question mark, but I really liked this pattern a lot:

I'd need a catalog first no? All I want is a basic 5 piece.

I don't mind if it dates the set to a year and time...as long as it's fall 2010, when he was married.

^ I just meant that it may have been sold out by now seeing as though it's November, and harder to find. I really like that pattern.

You should call NY and see what they have, though. The online shops for all brands never carry any of the good stuff.

Dubai, Moscow or Donatella Versace's yard sale, I reckon.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
