I'm assuming that everything is retail here, huh? No gifts, discounts, or hookups?

Okay then.

Natural Chucks ($38)
TT London jeans (sort of like Cheap Mondays - not great, but they work.) ($80)
Breakbeat Science tee ($30 (that's high)/

There ya go.

If I could just use the Styleforum discount and discount stores, like Filene's Basement, I'd go:

Natural Chucks - $20
Kenzo Minami for tee: $10
5EP dark worn bootcut $89 from www.leomiami.com
Polo belt: $25
Leather bracelet: $6 from street vendor (easy to find).

ok, this one is much easier than the $1500 one.

Levi's ($40 at JC Penney's)
Yoko D white palms T ($20 at their sale...ok, kinda cheating)
American Apparel hoodie ($25 at the AA outlet in Camarillo)
Chucks ($40, pick your location, pick your color)
Ribbon belt ($10, Old Navy)
Socks ($3, JC Penney's)

Yeah, Rico - I've got maybe $50 disposable income a week, if that. Not a whole lot to be stylish on. But I get by.

Incidentally, I bought a pair of the Levis 514s the other day because, though the denim is obviously not the most amazing, I have literally never had a pair of jeans fit me so well. I could have been the freaking fit model for those things, seriously. You have to wear them on your hips to avoid, shall we say, groinal constriction, but that's where I wear my jeans anyway.

My list:

-Levis 514s in black (you can get them online for closer to $35 shipped);
-Natural Chucks, $40.
-GAP stretch tee shirt--size up one and they fit me, at least, perfectly, without being too tight, and they keep their shape. Pick a color; I'll say white. Clean and classic. $12, I think?
-H&M M65, khaki. I think the khaki one is $60.

Alternately, you can spend the $75ish total on a great variety of different combinations of tops. H&M has a great v-neck sweater for $20, and you can put almost any random t-shirt underneath it as long as it fits in the neck; so that makes it, what, $25 and you still have $50 to spend on outerwear? There are lots of options here. Alternately, spend the money on a nice button-up collared shirt to wear underneath the sweater or by itself. Zara makes shirts that fit me just about perfectly, without needing alterations.
