What 'height' do you wear your tie clip at?

I usually wear mine between 1/3-1/2 of the way from the TOP (i.e. 1/3-1/2 down from the knot), and at a slight angle downwards. So.... I just thought I'd see the variance present here on SF: what at what point along your tie do you wear your tie clip?

& angle any way but horizontal.. Not that I'm complaining, but women always feel compelled to straighten my bar..

When I wear a tie bar/clip, it is always centered (or close to being so) on the tie.

This happens to me 90% of the time. In some cases, it's not a bad ice breaker.

Depends on the jacket. On a 3 button I will wear it higher, on a 3/2 roll I wear it just above halfway.
