1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

To the custom shoe maker (Was it schubert? Schuman? Another composer...Bartok) who was doing MTM shoes for below $200.00? Did anyone get shoes made? How were they? Is this still available?

A couple of us tried them. Overall, I 'd say reviews were mixed. They're a bit pricier than you remember. I don't think I'd do it again, but seok's a good guy and it's certainly not a scam or anything.

His order forms seem to have disappeared from the interwebs, and the blog hasn't been updated since June. Has this business gone the way of the dodo?

My sentiments exactly. It is (was?) by no means a scam and the shoe was ok, but for the price I paid for it, I could have done better RTW, especially on the discount market.
