What happened to Z. Cavaricci?

I remember those Z. Cavaricci were very popular in Philly growing up although I never considered buying a pair because even then I prefer a classic conservative style. I do wonder what happened to such companies after the fad passes. Maybe these pants are still being sold in Europe?

I guess since their pants were already very baggy it wasn't so hard for them to change their designs.
