WTF happened to my favorite brand, Marlboro Classics??? I lived in Europe '09-'11 and bought many things from them: linen shorts and pants, cashmere, silk, awesome
Sport coats and leather coats! On my vacation to Rome; I went back and EVERYTHING is changed: the store location, layout, decor, prices, and of course the products! It went from very nice, upscale, sheak, and yes expensive to cheap (prices were half of what it was), shabby, and mainstream ordinary.

Needless to say, I am super disappointed my favorite brand seems to have evolved into a pile of ****.

It's called MCS now. I guess they were forced to stop saying "Marlboro" because of directives and laws concerning tobacco advertising, branding and endorsed products. Moved downmarket, and now no longer paying load of $$$ to Philip Morris Inc.

Definitely down market. In 2010 they were beside shops like Gucci, Prada, and Louis Vuitton. The materials were better and occasionally you would see exotic leathers and skins etc. Now it looks like almost completely cotton with nothing the least bit creative.
