What happened to Rogers Communications in Oct. 2010?

I'm doing an accounting assignment on Rogers and Telus. Rogers' stock price took a big hit in late October and I'm trying to explain it in my assignment. I tried looking around on the net for details but came up empty. Anyone know what happened?
