Big handful of fresh spinach
Broccoli
Carrots
1/2 orange
1/2 lime
2 cups water
Protien powder

It doesn't taste half bad and I get a couple servings of vegetables

PWO shake is 2 cups of fruit juice + 2 scoops whey

if I absolutely have to have a shake as a meal replacement, I'll go with 2 cups mixed berries, 1 cup plain yogurt, handful of almonds, 2 scoops whey

glucose is a better alternative than fructose for a post workout shake, as its absorbed a lot quicker

i would also add some maltodextrin

2% milk
0% fage greek yogurt
vanilla whey protein
banana
frozen strawberries

Or if I want a few less calories, sub in kiwi strawberry propel for the milk, lose the banana and add a few more strawberries.

Convenient because I can throw it all in a blender and be out the door in a hurry in the morning, and drink the shake on the train ride in to work.

I'm a poor student, and cans of juice are cheap... what's a good cheap source of glucose then? I know gummy worms etc but having candy around is never good for me

I keep it simple.

As part of a meal: 1 scoop casein, 1 scoop whey, water.

PWO: 2 scoops whey, water.

I try to eat the rest of my calories.

Every morning

-plain yogurt
-2 scoops of Chocolate protein
-a very liberal sprinkle of cinnamon
-ground flax seed
-coconut milk
-coconut cream (I don't know why I use both, I assume the cream thickens it up)
-unsweetened cocoa
-almond milk

Pour it over dessicated coconut and whole almonds.

Possibly, though I may be a bit tall (6'4"). More importantly, I have no real desire to go that far.
