    There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

What fabric are these pants made of?

    I got them for $5 from banana republic. Would you call them khaki of some sort? They're darker than most khaki pants. They're 97% Cotton and 3% spandex.

    Also, are black shoes ok with them?

    Thanks, I'm new to dressing myself.

    Given the look and blend, the cotton probably is khaki.

    If black shoes aren't required, then that combination is only decent on long legs and brown or burgundy would be a better choice.
