What dress shirts/collars produce this kind of "look"?

I've noticed Mark Cuban's collar when wearing a jacket stands tall and doesn't droop down. My collar when wearing a jacket seem to just fall flat without the crisp "tall" like Cuban's in the picture.

Is there a specific type of collar/shirts that I should be looking at? I'm not really a fan of button down collar shirts.

It looks like a pretty high and stiff collar with a good collar point length. If you want that look, look for similar characteristics and stay away from short and soft collars.

Along with the actual structure of the collar upkeep will play a big role in the stature of your collar. Regular ironing and steam can help do the trick but it may be good to invest in some starch to add to your ironing or maybe even professional care for your shirts.

He has a high front band (you can toggle how high off the shirt the front and back of the collar sits) and a heavily fused collar to make it stiff. The point (length of collar) is pretty long as well, probably 3.25-3.5. IMO this collar style is fine open, but doesn't look good with a tie.
