What does the "fullness" of a suit mean?

    I was talking to this guy about a Hugo Boss Pasolini suit and he said that it is the fullest.

    It's a new slang term than means cool, awesome, the shit, etc.

    Example: "Damn bro, that black suit with the black shirt and pink tie is the fullest!"
