What Does "Price per Color" Mean for Shirtings?

I just received a price list from a mill, and it lists the price on a "per color" basis. For example:

140s - two ply fabric: Price (per color) / metre: 29.17 euro.

So does this mean if I order a stripe (i.e. 2 colors) the price doubles to 58.34 / meter? I know, I know, I can just call and ask, but wanted to check if anyone here may know as they're not terribly communicative and there is a real language barrier at play.

I think they mean per style, per pattern, per piece, etc.

I know Acorn upcharges for color combinations, but I'm glad to see that it isn't industry practice.
