What does "Near Mint Condition" mean to you??

I bought a shirt from the marketplace recently, an EG Chambray shirt to be exact. The seller claimed the shirt was in near mint condition in the listing, which has been since removed and replaced with the "SOLD" tag.

When I received the shirt, there were two very prominent tears by the cuff on both arms, which were never mentioned. I'm unhappy and the seller is unresponsive to my communication attempts.

What do you expect when somebody reports what they are selling is in "near mint condition"? Am I over reacting here and being unrealistic to expect a near mint piece of clothing to not have any tears?

You should tell the seller you want your money back and point out the tears.

Good to know that I'm not delusional...

I have made few attempts to get in touch, he has not responded. I will give him a couple more days, giving him the benefit of doubt as life can take you out of commission at times.
