Can you imagine showing up at a store with about 6 guys all dressed like this? You'd shut it down. [IMG]

During the winter I often look like this ( bar the baldness ) in my fitted overcoat

I find no need for special clothes for shopping.

Depends on the occasion, really. If I'm going inside a dressier, more independent store, usually an OCBD with khaki pants. Never a tie, but a bowtie is appropiate.

To the large, "mega" malls.. Shorts and a polo/sperry's during the summer. Cleaner jeans and a OCBD/polo + nice shoes (not dressy, but not Nikes).

Its almost the same rule I follow dressing normally, but I will try to wear a more current style that is in the store at the same time to adept the more trendy environment. I like to find the shirt I'm wearing for sale in another store.

    What's w/the consternation against NIKE?

Actually me too. Whenever I am going to drop a lot of cash (for me) at a store, I go all unshaven and raggedy and give my business (commission) to the first salesman that treats me like I am going to drop a lot of cash.
