What do you wear in the rain?

I usually do khakis and a sportcoat, so if mud splashes on my pants I don't have to have them dry cleaned, and I wear a raincoat. Shoes depend on how bad it is. A light rain and I'll just wear my normal ones. Massive storm, I have a couple pairs of cheap rubber soled shoes for such an occasion, or my bucks, which are nice and waterproof.

This means that your trousers will get wet with rain run-off. All short rain-jackets will produce this effect, and the more waterproof they are, the more run-off there will be. A raincoat needs to be at least knee-length.

I don't wear a raincoat because it never rains and I don't own one. On the rare occasion that it rains I just stay inside and don't go anywhere.
