What do you wear at work to keep warm?

It can get a little cold in the office if the climate control is not working well. What do you wear to keep warm? The most obvious choice is to wear the suit jacket, but this can get wrinkled at the back if you're sitting down for long periods. What other clothing items do you wear?

I keep a bottle of Jameson in the desk to warm up the coffee on cold winter mornings.

I sometimes do the suit jacket thing as well. On the really cold days, however, I'll sport a nifty sweater vest.

No heat at all at my workplace. In winter, it will be in the 50s and sometimes 40s which is temperate when walking to work but chilly indoors at a desk. I usually wear tweed jackets or flannel suits on colder days.

I hope Obama makes heating builidings in America above 50F illegal.

A heavy undershirt is a must these days and I mate it with a vest from my 3 piece suits. Sometimes I put on my jacket...why on earth bring a jacket to work when you won't wear it and instead put on a cardigan????

It's cold up here. I actually wear thermal pants under my suit (pants aren't shielded from the wind outside by the overcoat!) and when you count the layers on my torso (undershirt, shirt, sweater, suit or blazer) I'm plenty warm.

Plus each office in my building has its own thermostat, so I shut my door and crank the heat and keep it toasty. After all, I've got to counter the effects of the giant, not-so-insulated plate glass windows (got to love 1950's building design... "heat costs money? what?")

I sometimes keep my jacket on when it's really cold in the office. The sleeves and back do wrinkle, but at least I'm warm.

I also use a Snuggie. But unlike Vox, who looks like a Franciscan monk, mine is in hot pink.

I've never been cold at a job, so I'm wondering...for those of you who have, has it mostly been due to overactive A/C in the summer or has it mostly been to inadequate heat in the winter?

Inadequate heat in the winter due to thermostats set very low in the evening.
