Lots of attention has been paid to professional leather bags and such. What do people here use as lunch bags for work, if any? If you're one who regularly brings lunch to work, sandwiches, fruit, snacks and such, I'd be interested to know whether you use a nice bag (insulated or not) and where you got it. For the past month, I've been just using a plastic grocery bag. Granted, the trip from my car to the office is short and it's good not having to take a bag home after work, it just doesn't seem consistent to use such a bag with my nice clothes.

Unless you're preparing for a full picnic or your lunch has a habit of being sat on or otherwise crushed, I see no reason why a plain brown paper bag wouldn't be appropriate.

try using a tote style bag with a flat bottom. I've seen some that have a zipper top for closing the bag.

This is my daily lunch carrier of choice.

I am still not brave enough to bring it to client meetings though.

I just use an insulated nylon sack with velcro for closure.

Zojirushi Mr. Bento. I don't have one; I just think it's cool.

I have been using an aluminum Sigg lunchbox for the past year. Brown paper bag is not sufficient for insulation and for preventing fruits from getting bruised and getting all over my messenger bag.

Nah, I play it safe with them and leave the pink one in my desk drawer.

I have a soft cooler bag my work gave me. I got it for teaching children how the internet works on "Bring your child to work day".
