I wasn't completely in love with it it came out, but I think it can work for some people. I'm on the fence about putting it up on my website. Wanted to get SF's opinon first.

I'm not a huge fan of the colours, and the pattern doesn't appeal to me either.
I don't want to say cheap, but to me it looks a bit dated or novelty - just doesn't look quite right. I also think that it would look out of place among your other beautiful ties.

I know you already ghosted the tie - but just a comment as to why I think it doesn't work. The Orange/Red combo is visually dissonant due to their relatively adjacent proximity. Were the orange changed to a green tone, or even cream or grey - it would be more visually pleasing.

I've seen this kind of tonal combo work only when the silk had a very high satin chroma and the hue's were saturated in a jewel tone.

Nah, nothing can save a tie from that checkerboard square pattern.

Neither fish nor fowl. That and I really don't like horizontal checks on ties.

Pattern potentially interesting. Don't care for the color, although could imagine someone else finding a use for it.

this is one real ugly and disturbing tie. that said i admit being one of the paisley lovers... can you imagine looking through a caleidoscope (hope you angle-saxon guys can work with this term...

) ? the tie looks like if the peek through that has gone totally wrong.
