What do you think of this coat for business casual?

Should look ok. I would opt for the charcoal.

Well, I'm new here, but I will also offer my opinion of this coat.

Looks good to me. I too, would go with the Charcoal, just because it stays cleaner looking, longer. At least, for me, as I have three dogs running around the house, and every now and then a cat.

Sir, please do not wear that coat when conducting any form of business for an employer. A sportcoat would serve you far better in any business casual environment. Now if you wish to wear this coat on your off hours, then I should think you could do far worse than choosing this coat you have your eye on.

To me, that coat looks a bit too informal for business casual. But that could also be from looking at the picture from Nordstoms.

Every office is different, but even in a business casual environment, I'd opt for something a bit more professional looking.

I wouldn't think you would wear that as a jacket (i.e. suit coat, sport coat, etc.), I was under the impression he meant to wear it on cold days to/from... This is what I would most likely do.

Yeah, it's for cold days.
