Very cool. Hope it gets the turbo engine and I like the hardtop.

Can't tell. The video seemed more about the designer than the car itself. But now I understand why the car always gave me a sense that it was a "chick" car.

Gorgeous. One of the few cars in the recent years that BMW's made (the others are the E92 coupe and the Z4 coupe) where the first impression is actually pretty good. It's too bad it's gotten so much heavier, but I guess that's what you get with a folding hardtop.

I saw the new 7 series at a car show last week. It, too, looks great.

A dollar says the people who think twin-turbo BMW's are for girls have never worked on a car in their life. This is a web-site for fashion, not cars, so stick to commenting on stuff you know about. It makes you look less moronic in front of people who actually know what they are talking about.

I think the gender of a car is more related to its shape than its engine. Dan Neil wrote a great article on this issue a while ago in his review of the echt chick car, the Lexus SC430:

Exactly, thank you! I don't think anyone will debate the potency of what's underneath the hood, so relax LVoer!

My Solstice will be out of commision for the next few weeks so I will be using the company Z4. It's the older model but I enjoy it. Not alot of power but still alot of fun to drive.

To me a chick car is any 4 seater convertible. Guys always look like queers driivng them. Also the smart car and to some extent the miata although I would still drive one.

Yes, but the Z4 and the new Z4 have all the styling trademarks of a classic roadster so they obviously don't know **** about design OR engines. Ha ha...
