What do you think of austerity brogue such as the Beaulieu or the Woodcote models?

The austerity brogue is a thing of beauty...I have the CJ Tavistock for work in black and the GG Connaught for play in vtg chestnut on the MH71 last. Someone has already said it, but I would get this one made by Delos. I know Tony is great but Delos would knock this one out of the park... he would make it "just so". It is on my list... when I get it, I don't care about speanding a little more on the shoe: it will have to be a Delos.... I know you have the twins now (congratulations), and its your dough, but I think you know you would prefer Delos to do it for you. If I am correct, whether or not you feel that preference for Delos justifies the difference in price is another thing... for me, I will save up a little more for a little longer and get the shoe I really want. (Saying that I don't think anyone could make a croc skin as well as Tony did yours. In my eyes they are "perfect". Different guy for different shoes is what I say.) What ever you do, the austere brogue is a gorgeous, gorgeous shoe. J
