What do you think of a pair of vintage Florsheim ordinary and general line shoes's quality?

Hi Fellowes,
I just received a pair of vintage Florsheim oxford wingtip brogues and they came with the original box and almost look new although the item was tagged "Pre-owned" on ebay. The only thing I am not sure is that they are made of fiber insole instead of leather which is significantly different from other shoes I own. However, they fit nicely and comfortable on my feet after I seriously walked outside for a while to get a better feel. Which year were these shoes made approximately and how is the quality according to your experience? Photos are shown below

They fit.
They are comfortable.
They look like they are in very good shape.

Wear them and enjoy! One doesn't have to get an ok from SF for a simple purchase(in this case.)

Yes. Worth it.

You know...some of these questions on SF are just plain stupid. You bought the shoes because YOU like them. You wore them. They are comfortable.

If some SF member who you don't know says that they don't like the look of them, WTF are you going to do? Not wear them?

Hi Teacher,
I have taken couple shots after I shined the shoes but I was surprised how high shine gloss these shoes can show. I am wondering if they are shell. What do you think?
