There's a member ( think it's a girl ) who has an eye for this stuff. She'd probably say "I see that with a pair of crushed red velvet bell bottom trousers and a black glitter hat" and maybe she'd be onto something.
To me it looks unwearable.
Those pics look like two guys that went into a club in nice OCBD shirts, and got mugged and roughed up in the men's room...
