What do you like better nudies or apc jeans?

I'm quite outnumbered here but, construction quality, back pocket size and stitching, etc aside, I prefer my Slim Jims to my New Standards. The APCs just don't fit my body nearly as well as the Nudies do.

I don't own a pair of Nudies, but my New Standards are great and understated. That was their biggest draw for me when I was deciding between the two brands, and I'm pretty damn sure I made the right decision.
And APCs really do form well to your body, and they do so pretty quickly.

I had some Sj's before and sold them (a long time ago), just got some SJDJ a few weeks ago and the fit wasnt good on me at all, the leg opening is almost like a slight boot cut, doesnt provide for a staking and looks like **** imo, however the coated version on the otherhand seem to have a smaller thigh, leg opening, and knee, and look 100% better than the raw nudies, imo/

If the latter, I just mean amongst guys who put an effort in to dressing well and know what dry denim is. If the former, a certain public school known for being kind of a snooty, old-money place where everyone either gets high or compulsively tries to get in to Ivy League schools. We produced Donald Rumsfeld, Rahm Emmanuel, and Dwight from The Office.

I do not own any Nudies only APC. I wear APC NS regularly but they are not my goto jeans by any means. Nudies definitely look good on certain body types and have more cuts available than APC so I'm sure I could find a pair that fits me well. The unmissably loud branding and backpocket stitching is not cool though so I've never bothered to try.

I sold both pairs of my nudies and still have 3 pairs of APC.

Both are nice enough. I like the cut of my Thin Finns a bunch, but the quality isn't the greatest of all my jeans.

If they both had APC prices, then I'd vote Nudie.

Since this is the real world though, where Nudie is way over priced, I'd choose APC.

the level of quality and construction you'll get is similar - it's just that nudie charges $275 for dry selvage while APC charges $155.

I love the Nudie thin finn; if you don't like the back pocket stitching it can always be removed.

This is like asking "Do you prefer vanilla or chocolate"

They have similar quality (I hear as many crotch-blowout or rip stories about Nudie as I do APC) - I own pairs of both and have never had quality problems with either.

The OP hasn't said anything about his style, body type or personal experiences so it's pretty hard to comment and further.

Both are boring. I like the fit of the APC NS but everything else about it is just...underwhelming. Everyone and their mother posts their APCs in the "Post pics of your denim" thread and rarely do I see a pair that is awe-inspiring. APCs have a very distinct fade and they're just not interesting.

I started with raw denim 3 years ago and still have my APC Rescues that I wear when I need something a bit loose and also still have my Nudie RRDG's and plan on fixing the busted hems on both of them. Ive moved on to Julian Reds, Skulls and PBJ's but by and large I get the most compliments from girls in my APC's and Skulls. And I get by far the most ass slaps in my Nudies.

Sooo both?

Although quality-wise Ive had the most problems with the APC's and PBJ's.
