What do you guys think of my new epaulet trainers?

everyone on reddit **** all over them saying they are ugly compared to CP, but the CPs are too narrow for my feet and when i size up they are too long and i can't wear them - so what am i supposed to do??

I’m not being judgmental, so read this compassionately, not critically: you sound young.

I think a reasonably mature response is, “who cares what they said on Reddit?!” But you care, so I won’t just say “who cares?!”

I personally have CP trainers, Epaulet trainers, Buttero trainers, I have various Adidas/Nike/Converse. There are times I reach for an Epaulet trainer and not my CPs and reverse; I recognize that there are differences. Honestly, the differences aren’t big and most people wouldn’t even notice and the rest of what you wear and how you present yourself will make the shoes nearly meaningless. I’m wearing a clunkier off-white Adidas version of that shoe right now, one I will say definitely looks worse than your Epaulets, and I’m willing to bet you wouldn’t be critical of my shoes if you saw me.

Regardless, in my opinion, the shoes you posted look great. If you like them, then wear them in good health. If you don’t like them, then get rid of them.

Who cares about Reddit, how few care about their neighbours choice of foot wear?

If I think XXXXX of them if you like them that is all that matters.
