So what do you feed them, and how do they like it?

Congruent to the "pictures" thread.

Three cats : Honest Kitchen Prowl, with fresh fish or cooked chicken.. depending.

Owen had some allergy problems when he was a puppy. Our vet suggested feeding him raw food and we have been doing so ever since. I think that he would like anything we gave him as that is a Pug's nature, but he realy seems to like it. My wife makes itfor him about every other week, and we freexe the food in portion size containers.

Cat named Squeaky.

Science Diet dry food. Always Poutry flavor. Vet said that "Fish Flavored", dry food is not as good as Poutry. I don't know why.

Occasionally Squeaky will get some milk. Which means every time she sees some and can jump up and get to it before we see her do it. She gets the ***** every time she drinks the milk. Damn cats!

Their daily food is Kaytee Exact Organic parakeet/small parrot mixed in with Kaytee Exact Organic Parrot pellets. They also get things like lettuce, broccoli, carrots, fruit like tomato, oranges, banana, edamame, some occasional fish/fake crab, cooked chicken, eggs, bread, tortilla, every so often some cheese, tofu, rice (Chloe is especially partial to basmati - my kind of girl

).
And of course ready-made treats like Avicakes, Nutriberries, millet, LM Animal Farms Crackers (poppy seed and peppercorns - they taste better than "human" crackers).

And yes, Chloe likes her crackers (so does Sunny as you see). Some stereotypes are indeed true.

My cats enjoy Kit 'n Kaboodle, dry cat foot. Also, canned salmon, KFC, pork roast in apple cream gravy, and sometimes, Fancy Feast grilled beef.

My pets, in order of preference, and what they eat:

My Japanese Tosa b#tch that I adopted last month, who is the niece of my magnificent male Dempsey, whom I had to put down for ill health in August. Tessa, my new girl, had been returned to her breeder because the neighbors' 100-pound Akita b#tch came on the property when both females were in heat. They fought to the death and Tessa killed and ate her adversary. That freaked her owners out and they returned her to her breeder, who had her for about 10 months. Despite her sanguinary history, she is a little sweetheart--friendly and loving with everybody, sweet and gentle with little kids and not particularly dog-aggressive. She gets about four cups of Lotus chicken-based kibble a day, flavored with some dog sausage from the same firm. Lotus is a pricey "super premium" food. She also gets dog biscuits, jerky treats and appropriate table scraps. She is a real little chowhound! I suppose it reflects a somewhat skewed perspective that I call a 116-pound dog "little."

I also have an African Grey Parrot. I have had "him" (never been entirely sure about the sex) for almost 21 years. He gets seed, dog biscuits, peanuts, an apple and a vegetable (usually some time of chili or half an ear of corn) daily.

We also have a fishpond with seven goldfish at the moment. I give them a modest quantity of Kaytee "Koi's Choice" fish food daily.

My two cats seem to like pretty much anything I buy at the PetSmart that is on sale. They also are fnd of waterbugs (I live in NYC). The small dog I used to own liked most anything, but could amuse himself for hours with an almost empty jar of peanut butter or a handful of grapes.

Purina Mature Urinary Trac something or other

When he was a kitten I fed him Eukanuba kitten food. It was expensive and made his ***** stink horribly.
