Need ideas for healthy lunches due to boredom and recent discipline problems. How about work? Do you usually brown bag it or eat out?

Kunk, how do you season your chicken and rice? I was doing this but couldn't find a taste combination I could tolerate more than a few times in a row.

im resulting to Ginster's fajitas and sandwiches when im at uni. Anything with chicken goes. When it comes to brown bagged, variety is essential, i still cant eat tuna + salad cream.

Sushi, or Italian... I am fortunate that my family owns a restaurant literally 300 feet from my office..I'm spoiled. I cut out and have a nice lunch then sneak back in. If I pack my own I usually have grilled chicken, marinated in teryaki, honey mustard, or some other type of marinade.

Brown bag whenever I'm in the office. Usually leftovers: rice or pasta with chicken or pork.

It's funny, when I'm travelling for work, I'll have a muffin in the morning and go without lunch > 75% of the time.
