What do you do your hair with when not post-shower?

I'm trying to shampoo less frequently (for me, that is cutting back from 2 times/day to 1 time/day if possible). With that, I usually shower at night after my workout.

However, when I wakeup in the morning, my hair is all over the place. Aside from a shower, what do you guys do to make your hair manageable?

I don't konw what your motivation is for shampooing daily or whatever, you may want to cut back on that. It strips the hair of oils. I've been using http://www.drbronner.com/ shampoo like every time I get super sweaty or two/three times a week. I always shower or run my hair under the sink to get water to run its' course.

You could just keep a pitcher in the bathroom and pour water from the bath over your head into the sink and then dry hair as usual (note to self*)
