What do you do when a tailor ruins a suit?

The thing is a lot of tailors do dress badly because they often see it as just a job. I love clothes myself and I'm also a pro and I think this is an advantage. When I QC things I ask myself would I find this acceptable? Would I pay and wait for this garment? Almost every day I talk to a bench tailor of some description and get him to correct tiny flaws at great expense to my margin, "whatever it costs let's do it properly" is something I say quite often.
