I asked for flush toe taps and the dude tacked on these horseshoe addons. I asked for a polish and he put a garish lacquer on it.

That was in the states. My new local cobblers do a much better job

A bit of update. I went back to the store I bought the shoes from and I had a chance to talk to the very same salesman who sold me the shoes. He was very sincere about what happened and he immediately replaced the shoes. I was really surprised by how little effort I needed to employ. I had a few points lined up in my gambit list so I could get a replacement but I didn't even need to use any.

I really liked how the salesman genuinely tried to help it most certainly restored my faith.

You need to trust yourself more.....this time they sold you the shoes w/o laces.....:eh:
