Mike: water [if placed in sealed containers] starts to go stale after 32 days.

The point is: a man tried to sell the healing water for a profit. Since the water is blessed, GOD (if you like) turned the tables on him. The impossible happened: - it went foul almost straight away.

Do you really think we are in the universe alone??? l have seen UFO's. lt's just a fact of life.

Here is a chart of our nutrition requirements [at least]. A bit different from your average doctor or natural healer hey. The people with the most successful healing are the people at the hippocrates health centres. [IMG] All of my research was done before the internet was born (l did it the hard way). l will try to provide afew internet links as well. Just give me some time. REASONS WHY YOU SHOULDN'T SEE DOCTOR. When doctors go on strike the death rate decreases. Nearly always the case too. Here is one example: [IMG] Going to see your doctor is the forth highest cause of death in the U.S.A. Drugs don't make you live longer; good nutrition does. [IMG] Doctors live an average of 62 years of age. (l remember a study being done in 1993. lt covered all the dead doctors in the entire U.S.A. Here is more stuff about medical doctors. [IMG] [IMG] Look at this dumb doctor. She had a PhD in medicine and was one of the worlds best heart specialists. She gave advice on how to prevent and cope with heart attacks. Guess what: she died from a heart attack. Here she is: [IMG] She should have taken her Selenium.

The net doesn't have much health info; here is a start though. Here is Dr Ann Wigmore: [IMG] She ate raw food for 50 years.

Guys; you have to remember, if you don't want to eat completely raw thats fine. Lt doesn't mean that you can't add sprouts to your meals. MY SUGGESTIONS Eat alfalfa sprouts before you eat the stake (meat). Try that and see how you go. Eat fruit in the mornings and see how you go folks. Remember the old saying; an apple a day keeps the doctor away. [IMG] P.S: try to keep your food as raw as possible. Remember: it takes three months for a human to completely renew his bloodstream. lf you fill your bloodstream with enzyme and vitamin [and mineral] rich materials, you will feel 1000% better after 3 months of doing that. Give it a try, it is worth it. l promise.

Your posts are thought provoking, and I for one am somewhat inclined to believe what you say, particularly with regard to the higher vibration part. I've done some research and study into this on a spiritual path, and quantum physicists are beginning to examine it for science's sake.

But the poo pictures and references to enemas gotta go. Edit these posts or I will delete them.

I've recently been eating VERY healty. I've switched my diet 180. I've been shopping soley at Trader Joe's, which is a very inexpensive, high quality health food store.

Every morning I start off by eating granola mixed with yogurt. Throughout the day I'll eat rice and vegatable dishes, sometimes with chicken. I also eat low fat burritos from TJ's. For dinner I'll eat pasta, sometimes whole wheat pasta, which is more tasty IMO, or sushi.

I snack on almonds and fruit in between meals. I also have a drink which is made by mixing spinach lettus, cucumbers, and celery in a blender then mixed with water; this stuff is SUPER healty. It gives you tons of energy afterwards.

I've been eating like this for about a week now, and I already feel more healty.

Marc; you kinda scared me with those pics of poop. That stuff was gross dude. I'm going to try to incorporate some of your diet into what I eat.

Mike C: l am very pleased indeed  [IMG]  that you are trying to eat healthy. Congratulations. Mike, please be careful of the vegetables:- they will lead you to malnutrition. (You cannot trust vegables). Use sprouts instead. Be careful Mike. Snacking on nuts is dangerous. You need to soak those almonds for 12 hours. This neutralizes all the inhibitors and reduces the phosphorous levels in the nut/seeds. lt also will form a good bacteria in the nut water [the water in which the nuts are soaked]. Soaking will allow you to consume the almonds safely (more alkalinity and higher absorption of nutrients). ISSUE REGARDING THE POO lt greatly disturbs me when people are offended by poo. Tissue cleansing and nutrition are the two most important issues of health. Tissue cleansing (poo pictures and enamas) is the cornerstone of perfect health. l feel very restricted now. lt is so vitally important. l can only give [forum readers] half the storey now. (Just because it is not nice to talk about; it doesn't mean we shouldn't talk about this very vital subject). A person should have 4 bowel eleiminations a day if he/she is really healthy. Do you know that cancer patients have only one or less bowel movements a day. Constipation is a killer. A very serious problem that brings on much long-term disease. Be very careful. l wish l could talk [in depth] about it but l am not allowed. l have some info and facts that would blow your mind.

Marc: Graphic descriptions of psoriasis and poo are what I didn't want put up. This is a clothing forum, not a trestise on effective means of elimination. [IMG] Also, I think it best to remind readers that ORGANIC fruits and vegetabnles are best. If they've sprayed it with all kinds of crap, it's not alive anymore.

    Marc,

I desperately attend to the addage of "live and let live", but your thinly veiled diatribe of the medical profession (1 in 10 doctors has sex with patients??) in the context of this ongoing lecture on alternative diets, demands a response. Your proposals for healthy living seem no more grounded in reality than the campaign to use pyramid power as an alternative to fossil fuels. I'm not being sarcastic; I really think what you are espousing is of the same ilk.

Medical science is, simply stated, incomplete. It is, and will be, subject to ongoing development, refinement, and frequent correction. But, as slow as the process of advancement may be, it is still subject to the rules of sound investigation and experimentation. When medical science conducts a study of the therapeutic quality of some agent, the participants of the study are randomized and the protocol is double-blinded (neither the researchers nor the participants know who is in the control group versus the test group). Participants are carefully selected to meet entry criteria (to avoid confounding variables) and the findings of the study are validated by rigorous statistical analysis. Before anything is published in a conventional medical journal, the editors send the article to three or more "peers" (ie experts in the respective field) who then read over the findings and decide whether the study procedure was sound and the findings justifiable. Even then, a single journal article will rarely change clincal practice. The study design if often repeated by different research groups to verify the findings before consensus guidelines are created. Admittedly it is not perfect, but it is the best we can do.

I hate to impeach your authority in this subject, but what you are proposing in the preceding pages is very difficult to prove. Studies of alternative diets and medicines are often very poorly designed with exceptionally loose entry criteria. The analysis of the data is generally superficial at best and flawed at worst. But the most telling aspect is that, whenever an alternative claim is subject to the same rigorous model of testing as a conventional claim, it is impossible to duplicate the purported benefit. The scientific method is not exclusive to conventional medicine; it is available to alternative practioners, but still they persist in conducting sham studies with highly contestable findings. It is not elitism that makes us dismissive of their claims, just the fact that they are unwilling to play by the rules of proper investigation and experimentation. The fact that the gurus of alternative care continue to champion their wares knowing full well that it is based on no substantial evidence is.....well, it's less ethical than the ebay seller who advertises Zegna suits simply because they are made of that company's fabric.

Again, if you have found a lifestyle that you are happy with, I applaud you. And, certainly, you are more than free to share it with the rest of us (fecal pics not withstanding). But if you impugn the integrity of conventional medical practioners and suggest that these icons of "better living through sprouts" are viable alternatives, you need more than a good herbal enema. You need a lengthy session with our own Dr. Bresch, comfortable sofa and all.

You appear alittle angry. You should be happy. Diets like mine have stood the test of time. lt is a highly practical diet and its affects on people are proven. Diets are not meant to be scientific; my diet is balanced in every meaning of the word. Doctors have much pride and it is hard for them to accept anything out of their structured thought processes. Be more open minded. A healthy diet is good for you: that maynot have any scientific validation but it is true. Doctors presribe drugs, not a healthy lifestyle. Doctors get an average of 5 hours nutritional training. Don't go to doctors to get healthy, they will lead you estray. Forth leading cause of death in U.S.A is going to see your doctor (Medications/Operations). (LOng hours in surgery invite drug taking amongst doctors: why do you think they amputate the wrong arm etc). There are many articles (l have) about doctors dying from a drug overdose. Some people have even stated that 52% of hospital doctors are drug atticts (l have yet to validify that study). You also have to remember that doctors live an average of 13 years less than the average person. This was proven in 1993. Do you notice how your doctor often looks sicker than you?.? l did. Tha's why l fired my doctor. l have never been so healthy sinse. [IMG] [IMG]

Steve: l am very pleased [indeed] that you are aware that spraying chemicals on food is bad however; preaching the good points of vegetables concerns me greatly.

Steve: organic vegies are far from best. Vegies are not suitable for the human body at all: they are not natural. (Almost similar to genetically altered food). Eat Brocolli, Spinach and Parsley but avoid most other vegies. Try alfalfa, mung bean, adzuki bean, fenu greek, sunflower greens, pea shoot juice, etc. These are a far superior source of nutrition compared to [over-rated vegies].

Vegies contain alot of natural toxins, sprouts do not.
Vegies have fiber that is unsuitable for the human body (too rough on our intestines: can cause irritations), sprouts don't [when sprouted correctly].
Vegies are difficult to digest, sprouts are not.
Vegies can be concentrated, sprouts are not. (Concentrated foods are not suitable for the body: l promise).
