What do I wear with a grey glen plaid blazer?

The check looks too fine to be worn as an odd coat. It looks like it either has too many yarns per inch or doesn't have the right weave. A glen plaid that works best in a sports coat is a twill weave that has a 4 white, 4 black houndstooth section, with fewer yarns per inch. Some suit fabrics do a twill weave with a 2 white, 2 black that makes a tick pattern instead, which doesn't work as a sports coat. A plain weave glen plaid is made with a 2 white, 2 black houndstooth and doesn't work as a sports coat either.

agree on the navy pants suggestion. Would also add some reddish brown wingtips (just thinking from my own closet here)
